“Anahy” means ‘sweet voice’ in the native Tupi-Guarani language, which is evident in the coffee’s clean and balanced profile of chocolaty and nutty tasting notes; a classic example of Brazilian coffee blends. South of Minas Gerais is a region naturally gifted with unique conditions for the production of specialty coffees, with fertile soils, a predominance of sunlight and high elevations.
