Luz Helena has been growing coffee for over two decades, with her journey into coffee beginning through her husband Jairo Arcila's work in farming and dry milling. Inspired by his stories and knowledge, she became more involved in the industry and gradually developed her own approach to farming. With her families support, she has refined her practices and shifted her focus fully to producing specialty coffee. Her cherries are now processed at cofinet's La Pradera station, allowing her to experiment with fermentation and elevate the quality of her lots year after year.
