With over 30 years of experience, Oscar Gonzalez established his own mill in 2020, providing high quality processing and traceability services to more than 1,500 producers in the region. This lot was shade-grown at high altitude, hand-picked, and traditionally washed. At the mill, each lot is assessed, and producers receive premiums to reward and encourage quality and sustainable farming practices.
